Prices and currency
The purchase price is the price displayed on the website for the relevant goods on the date of the order. All prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value in our shop is EUR 25.

Shipping costs
If the goods are to be delivered to an address specified by you, the shipping costs displayed on our website on the date of the order will be charged in addition to the purchase price. The applicable shipping costs are also shown in the order summary confirmed when you place your order and in the order confirmation.
No shipping costs apply if the goods are collected from the seller.
Return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal (section 5), you must bear the standard return shipping costs if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price (including VAT) of the returned item does not exceed EUR 40 (forty), or, if the price of the item is higher, if you have not yet made payment or a partial payment at the time of withdrawal.
Excluded payment methods
Payments by debit card, prepaid card or cheque are not possible.
Accepted payment methods
All goods ordered, including any applicable shipping costs, must generally be paid for in advance. Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card via PayPal, bank transfer or, when collecting the goods, in cash.
Late payment
The purchase price is due before the goods are dispatched. Goods will only be dispatched once the invoice amount has been paid in full.
In the event of late payment, we may charge you interest at a rate of 5 (five) percentage points above the applicable base interest rate (see section 247 of the German Civil Code, BGB). We reserve the right to claim compensation for any greater loss caused by late payment.
DELIVERY
Delivery takes approximately 3–10 working days from receipt of the order by the seller. Any different delivery times for specific items will be stated separately on the relevant product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the federal state of Lower Saxony, Germany.
As the seller cannot guarantee local delivery, we cannot state with certainty when the goods will be delivered to the address specified by you. If dispatch of the ordered goods is delayed, the seller will notify you as soon as possible using the email address you have provided.
