Prices and Currency
The purchase price is the price indicated on the website for the relevant product on the day of the order. All prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value in the shop is EUR 25.

Shipping Costs
If the goods are delivered to an address specified by you, shipping costs indicated on our website on the day of the order will be added to the purchase price. The applicable shipping costs can also be found in your order overview and in the order confirmation.
No shipping costs are charged for collection from the Seller.
Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal (see Section 5), you bear the regular costs of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price (gross) of the returned goods does not exceed EUR 40, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet provided consideration or a partial payment at the time of withdrawal.
Excluded Payment Methods
Payments by credit card, debit card, prepaid card or cheque are not possible.
Accepted Payment Methods
All ordered goods must be paid for in advance, including any applicable shipping costs. Payment can be made by bank transfer or, in the case of collection, in cash.
Default of Payment
The purchase price is due before dispatch. Dispatch will only take place once the invoice amount has been paid in full.
In the event of default, we may charge interest at 5 (five) percentage points above the applicable base rate (§247 BGB). We reserve the right to claim further damages.
DELIVERY
The delivery time is approximately 3–10 working days from receipt of the order by the Seller. If delivery times for certain items differ, this will be indicated separately on the relevant product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the federal state of Lower Saxony, Germany.
As the Seller cannot guarantee local delivery, we cannot state with certainty when the goods will be delivered to the address specified by you. If dispatch of the ordered goods is delayed, the Seller will inform you as soon as possible via the e-mail address you provided.
